  • Subway will throw an email into your inbox with a link that you can use to create a new password.

  • Type your new password, then click “Submit” to save it.
  • Great job! Go back to the main page, put in your username and new password to get in.

The WISR Summary report in Subway LiveIQ provides an overview of total net sales, key sales data by category, cost components (including goods and labor costs), and productivity metrics. It also includes a 13-week view with quarterly comparisons, helping franchisees spot trends over time.

Store Cash Book

When you pick a store from the list, the Store Cash Book feature shows the report of paid-outs, taxable sales, deposits, and cash for a date range at the end of every single day.

  1. Go to the official site of Subway LiveIQ.
  2. Use the login details Subway gave you to sign in. In case, you didn’t yours, you might wanna contact the LiveIQ department.
  3. So this is how you can register and log into your LiveIQ account. You don’t have to sign up from the website, you just need to own a franchise and you’ll get your credentials from the Subway staff.

Subway Live IQ Administration Module

Subway provides franchise owners with an administration module in the LiveIQ portal. Here, users can Set Up Restaurants, Create and Manage Restaurant Groups, Set User Preferences, Set Up Restaurant Preferences, Use News & Notifications, Messages, Alerts, and Access Training Environments and User Guides. Set Up Restaurant

This feature lets a franchise owner seamlessly set up a new instance of LiveIQ on a restaurant’s POS system, view or update existing information for the POS at their restaurants, and modify restaurant details like the name or time zone. Plus, they can conveniently add extra POS systems whenever needed.

Here’s how to get your restaurant ready in the system:

  1. Access the LiveIQ dashboard and click “Admin” from the toolbar.
  2. You’ll see an option “Maintenance“, get into it.
  3. Then go to “Store Setup“.
  4. Now tap on the “Set Up New LiveIQ” option.
  5. Follow the instructions provided to configure LiveIQ after the setup wizard appears.

If you want to view or update LiveIQ on a POS:

  1. Again click “Admin” from the toolbar.
  2. You’ll see an option “Maintenance“, get into it.
  3. Then go to “Store Setup“.
  4. This time you have to select “View/Update Existing Stores” instead of the “Set Up New LiveIQ” option.
    A table will appear with a list of all the restaurants including status details for every POS configured for that location.
  5. It’s done! Now, to update, the following are the steps:
    • Click any restaurant on the table.
    • There you can change the name and set any other time zone.
    • To save changes, click “Next“.
  6. Adding a POS:
    • Tap the “Add POS” option.
    • Enter the POS name.
    • To save changes, click “Next“.

Set User Preferences

This feature allows franchise owners to choose their preferred home page when logging in. They can select which group of stores or specific pages appears upon login, cutting down on load times by displaying only the restaurants they need.

  1. Again click “Admin” from the toolbar.
  2. You’ll see an option “Maintenance“, get into it.
  3. Then go to “User Preferences“.
  4. Pick the team you want to see when you sign in from the choices given.
    LiveIQ initially shows data for all stores upon login. You can customize this setting to display fewer restaurants, which will decrease the loading time for LiveIQ.
  5. Choose your desired home page from the Preferences screen.
    A green checkmark will indicate your selection in the upper right corner. You’ll see this page the next time you sign into LiveIQ.

Set Up Restaurant Preferences

To set the hours of operation for your restaurant, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Admin section by selecting it from the LiveIQ toolbar.
  2. In the Admin menu, choose Maintenance, then select Store Preferences.
  3. You’ll be prompted to choose a restaurant if one isn’t already selected.
  4. For restaurants that never close, mark the “24-Hour Store” option. Note: This will automatically set the opening and closing times based on the Day Split Hour.
  5. For days when the restaurant is closed, check the corresponding boxes.
  6. To modify operating hours for a specific day:
    • Locate the day you want to adjust
    • Click on “Edit Times”
    • Choose the new opening and closing times
    • Confirm by clicking “Accept Times”
  7. After making all necessary changes, click “Save” to apply your new settings.

Use News & Notifications

To indicate you’ve read a notification:

  • Press the button that says “Mark as Read”.

How to get rid of alerts:

  • Select specific items or use “Select All” for bulk action.
  • Press the “Delete Selected” button to erase chosen notifications.

The following steps are the way to setting up a shortcut for LiveIQ Mobile. Follow if you want to add a shortcut:

  1. Open Chrome on your smartphone and pay a visit to LiveIQ’s official website.
  2. On the login page, input your Subway Partners credentials.
  3. After successful login, you’ll see a “Welcome to LiveIQ Mobile” screen. Tap the Enter button on your screen.
  4. Next, you’ll be presented with a screen displaying the LiveIQ logo. Tap on this logo.
  5. Follow the instructions that appear on your screen to create a shortcut icon for LiveIQ on your device’s home screen.
